This piece draws directly from my years in film school and my time in the film world, but also from a deeper question of how to become your own person.

The winged cameras reference a series I made inspired by the idea of recording angels, the sense that our lives are being watched and documented. ne, everything within the frame, becomes part of the magic, sometimes real, sometimes constructed, and the line between them begins to blur.

Here, a playful camera sits in a storm of thought, clouds, and lightning. A starlet in the lower corner melts beneath the stage lights. The illusion falls away, and what remains is a quiet emergence of the true self.
